Glowwellbeing

Three ways to run the same curriculum

Evening cohorts, in-house programmes and self-paced materials with clinics use the same layers, the same taught-block clock and the same rubric. What changes is who sits in the group, whose process is on the table, and how the hours are packed.

Comparison

How the formats compare

Choose a format for logistics. Do not choose it to skip a layer. An in-house group that wants Automation still has to close Practice, either before we arrive or as the first taught days.

Format Contact pattern Group size Who it fits Materials Recording
Evening cohort Tue & Thu 19:00–22:00, 4–7 weeks 8–16 Individuals from different employers Shared templates; labs on each person’s files Taught segments, next working day
In-house programme Usually 2 full days + 3 clinics of 90 minutes up to 20 One employer, one named process Tailored module set; artefacts stay with the employer By agreement; labs are not recorded
Self-paced with clinics Materials on demand; live clinic every fortnight, 90 minutes Materials unlimited; clinic 12 Shift work, travel, or a delayed start after placement Same packs as the evening course Clinic is live; a catch-up file is issued if you miss one

Evenings

Evening cohorts

Public evening groups meet Tuesday and Thursday, 19:00 to 22:00 Singapore time, in the one-north room and on the live remote seat. Foundations runs four weeks. Prompt Systems runs six. Automation runs seven. Capstone adds a Saturday clinic in the final fortnight. Doors open at 18:45 so people can set up machines before the brief.

One missed block is expected; we issue the recording of the taught segments and a short note on the lab. Two missed blocks in a row need a catch-up plan, usually a thirty-minute call before the next evening. If more than half the contact hours are missed, we move the place to the next intake of the same course rather than issuing a completion certificate for work that was not done.

Catch-up recordings are the taught segments only. Independent labs use participants’ own files, so they are not filmed. Remote seats watch the same session; questions go through the same queue as the room. We do not run a separate “remote-only” curriculum in 2026.

In-house

In-house programmes

An in-house programme is the catalogue taught on one employer’s process. Headcount is up to twenty. The sequence below is the one we run unless the scoping interview shows a reason to compress it.

  1. 1

    Scoping interview

A ninety-minute call with the sponsor and one person who owns the process. We ask what already happens, which tools are approved, and what must not leave the building. The output is a one-page brief we both sign before dates are held.

  2. 2

    Process selection

We pick one workflow with enough volume to supply lab cases and a clear owner. Trying to train on three processes in two days produces slide summaries. The selected process is the spine of every lab.

  3. 3

    Tailored module set

We mark the coverage matrix for the group and drop modules they have already closed. We do not invent a parallel curriculum. Hours stay in the published ranges unless the sponsor adds a clinic.

  4. 4

    Delivery on site or remote

Taught days at the employer’s rooms, at one-north, or live remote. Participants bring a laptop and a redacted sample. We bring the block plan, the rubric sheets and the templates.

  5. 5

    Clinics and review

Three clinics after the taught days, used to finish artefacts and to score the final pack. The last clinic is the handover readout with the sponsor in the room.

Venue

Venue and remote setup

Evening cohorts sit at 79 Ayer Rajah Crescent, #04-16, JTC LaunchPad at one-north. The room holds sixteen plus a facilitator, with a projector and tables for laptops. The nearest station is one-north (CC23). You bring your own machine; we do not issue loan devices. Power and wireless are provided. Arrivals after 19:10 join at the break so the brief is not restarted.

Live remote uses the same session as the room. A camera is optional. A working headset and a machine that can run the chosen chat assistant or API example are required. Laboratory work happens in that same window; we do not park remote people on a recording while the room works live. Recordings of taught segments go to the whole group the next working day.

Conduct

Language, access and conduct

Teaching is in English. Materials are written in British English. We can slow the spoken pace and put terms on the projector; we do not run a second language track in 2026. Placement and labs assume you can read and write professional English at the level used in a Singapore workplace email.

A laptop with a current browser, a text editor, and the ability to join a video session is required. Tablets alone are a poor fit for the labs. The one-north room is on a lift-served floor; if you need a specific seat, step-free access notes, or captioning on the remote feed, write to hello@glowwellbeing.life when you book and we will say what we can arrange for that intake.

Do not bring personal data about customers, patients, staff or students into the room or onto a shared screen. Use redacted or synthetic samples. If a file still identifies a person, it stays closed. We will stop a lab rather than watch confidential records travel through a model. This rule is part of the booking, not a courtesy request.

Booking

Booking and cancellation

A place is held when we have written confirmation and the fee (or a purchase order we have accepted). Invoices for evening cohorts are payable before the first block. In-house programmes are billed on the dates in the scoping brief, usually half on signature and the balance before the first taught day.

You may move a place to the next intake of the same course with seven or more days’ notice before the first block. Inside seven days the place is treated as used. If Glowwellbeing cancels an intake, fees paid for that intake are returned in full, or moved to a later 2026 date if you prefer. Substitution of a colleague on the same booking is allowed up to the placement check. Full legal terms sit on the terms page; this paragraph is the working rule we apply in the operations calendar.
