This notice describes how Glowwellbeing uses personal data sent through this website and during booking. It applies from 2026, the year the practice opened. It is written in plain language for people requesting a syllabus or a place on a course.

We use personal data to reply to syllabus requests, to run placement checks, to book places, and to send materials that are part of a paid programme. We do not sell lists. We do not use the forms to build a marketing profile.
From the website forms we collect name (contact form), email, organisation if you give it, telephone if you give it, the interest you selected, the message, and the time of the request. We also store a technical timestamp used to slow automated submissions. If you book a place we additionally hold billing details, attendance, artefact scores, and the email thread about logistics.
Do not send us personal data about your customers, patients, staff or students through the forms or into a class sample. If a message includes that kind of data we will ask you to resend a redacted version and we will delete the first copy when we can.
We use the data to send the syllabus pack you asked for, to answer the question you wrote, to schedule a placement check or a scoping call, to deliver a course you have booked, and to keep a record of completion certificates. We also keep a limited record so we can handle a cancellation, a substitution, or a complaint.
Where Singapore’s personal data rules require consent, the checkbox on the form is that consent. You can withdraw it by writing to hello@glowwellbeing.life. Withdrawal does not cancel a record we must keep for a booking that already ran, such as attendance hours on a certificate.
Website systems and mailboxes used for hello@glowwellbeing.life are hosted in Singapore. If a tool we use to run a live remote session processes a display name or an email, we will name that tool in the joining note for the intake. Course artefacts that contain your employer’s files stay with you; we keep only what the booking says we may keep, usually a redacted example or a score sheet.
Syllabus requests that do not become a booking are kept for up to twelve months so we can resume a conversation you restart. Booking records, attendance and certificate copies are kept for seven years, which is long enough to confirm hours if an employer asks later. Cookie choice is stored in your browser as described in the cookies notice.
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it for a syllabus follow-up. Write to hello@glowwellbeing.life. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the same person. If you have a concern you cannot settle with us, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore.
This notice was issued in 2026. If we change it, we will date the new version on this page.
