Questions, with the working answers

These are the questions people send before a placement check or a scoping call. If your case is not here, write through the contact page. We reply from hello@glowwellbeing.life on working days.

FAQ

Answers used in 2026 bookings

Short versions of the first four questions also appear on the home page. Course outlines and fee ranges sit on the catalogue. Timing, rooms and cancellation rules sit on the delivery page.

Do I need a programming background?

Foundations, Prompt Systems, Working Data and Governance are written for people who already run processes, spreadsheets and documents. Applied Automation and Capstone assume you can follow an API example and edit a small script with help in the room. The placement check tells us where to start.

How does placement work?

You complete a twenty-minute written task before the first block. We read the brief, the way you checked an answer, and the risk you named. The result is a recommended starting course. It is a placement tool, not an entrance exam with a fail mark.

Can this run as an in-house programme?

Yes. An in-house programme uses the same layers and rubric on one employer’s process. Typical shape is two taught days plus three clinics, with the module set chosen after a scoping interview. Group size is up to twenty.

Is there a certificate?

Glowwellbeing issues a certificate of completion listing modules, contact hours and the rubric bands reached. It is a record of this programme. It is not an accredited qualification and not a government certification.

What does a place cost?

Evening cohort fees are per person in Singapore dollars and sit in published ranges on the catalogue page. In-house work is quoted per programme. The syllabus pack has the figure for the next intake. We do not run countdown discounts.

What language is used in class?

English, with materials in British English. We can slow the spoken pace and put terms on the projector. We do not run a second language track in 2026.

Can I join remotely?

Yes. Live remote seats use the same session as the one-north room. A camera is optional. A working laptop is required. Taught segments are recorded; laboratory time on your own files is not.

What laptop do I need?

A current browser, a text editor, and the ability to join a video session. Tablets alone are a poor fit. You bring your own machine to one-north. We do not issue loan devices.

What happens if I miss an evening?

One missed block is expected: you receive the recording of the taught segments and a note on the lab. Two missed blocks in a row need a short catch-up plan. Missing more than half the contact hours moves the place to the next intake of the same course.

May I bring customer data to class?

No. Use redacted or synthetic samples. Personal data about customers, patients, staff or students stays out of the room and off shared screens. We will stop a lab rather than watch those records travel through a model.

How do cancellations work?

A place can move to the next intake of the same course with seven or more days’ notice. Inside seven days the place is treated as used. If Glowwellbeing cancels an intake, fees paid for that intake are returned in full. Details are on the delivery and terms pages.

How long do materials stay available?

Twelve months from the first block, plus one follow-up clinic of ninety minutes within six weeks of the last block. Email questions during that window go to hello@glowwellbeing.life.
